Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Leader to manage omnichannel strategies, drive brand and customer experience development, and build the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we are seeking top talent for the position of: **COMMERCIAL LEADER** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration. * Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Experience in digital and physical sales. * Two years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead omnichannel commercial management. * Implement necessary processes to manage departmental operations. * Manage performance across sales channels (e-commerce, delivery, physical stores). * Enhance customer experience. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-up on operational activities in stores. * Drive commercial development and brand growth. * Provide operational support in stores as required (cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Develop the sales team. * Propose innovative ideas to improve operations. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 2000 \- 2300 (formal payroll under microenterprise regime) * SIS \+ 15 days of vacation * Transportation allowance contingent upon attendance: S/200 * Fixed rest days on public holidays * 50% bonus payment in July and December * Excellent work environment and passion for pets * Partner agreements and discounts at affiliated establishments * Discount on purchases at any of our locations.
