Job Summary: We are seeking a Laser Cutting and Bending/Folding Operator to operate CNC machinery, interpret engineering drawings, and optimize stainless steel manufacturing processes. Job stability and growth opportunities. **LASER CUTTING AND BENDING/FOLDING OPERATOR** **GRUPO INOXCHEF PERÚ S.A.C. – MIZAR Cold \& Cooking** A company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of stainless steel gastronomic equipment and furniture. **Workplace:** Villa El Salvador – Lima **Main Responsibilities** * Operate **fiber laser CNC machine** and **CNC bending/folding machine**. * Perform stainless steel and other metal cutting and bending/folding operations per engineering drawings. * Interpret technical drawings and **DXF, DWG, and PDF** files. * Program and execute cutting and bending/folding jobs. * Optimize sheet material usage and minimize waste. * Verify dimensions, measurements, and part quality. * Identify and label parts for production and assembly. * Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines. * Record production output, cycle times, incidents, and material consumption. * Comply with **OSH, PPE, and 5S** standards. **Requirements** * Graduate or current student in **Production Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Metalworking, Mechanical Design, CNC**, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** operating CNC laser cutting machines, bending machines, or metalworking machinery. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Basic proficiency in **AutoCAD and DXF/DWG files**. * Knowledge of materials, thicknesses, and manufacturing processes. * Basic use of measuring tools: caliper, square, micrometer, tape measure. * Prior experience with **AISI 304 stainless steel**, gastronomic equipment manufacturing, or stainless steel furniture is desirable. **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday hours correspond to the established operational shift for production areas and will be **compensated as overtime as applicable**. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration (**payroll inclusion**). * Labor regime under **Small Enterprise Regime – REMYPE**. * Salary commensurate with experience and evaluation. * Overtime pay as applicable. * Technical training and development. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Hands-on work with **CNC machinery, fiber laser cutting, and bending**. **Application** Send your **updated CV** to: **administracion@grupoinoxchefperu.com** with subject line: **LASER AND BENDING OPERATOR** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
