REQUIREMENTS: * Law Graduate. * Knowledge of Administrative Law. * Prior experience or knowledge of procedures before INDECOPI is desirable. * Proficiency in virtual platforms of public and private entities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong legal writing skills. * Proactive, responsible, organized individual with teamwork capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and monitoring of administrative procedures. * Management of virtual platforms of public entities. * Monitoring of case files and administrative procedures. * Drafting of legal documents, requests, appeals, and reports. * Supporting responses to requirements from administrative entities.
