We are seeking an Import, Costs, and Inventory Analyst to manage supply chain operations, imports, and ensure efficiency in the retail/mass consumption sector.

At **Expande Talento**, we are searching for an Import, Costs, and Inventory Analyst for our client, a company in the retail/mass consumption sector.
**Responsibilities include:**
Ensuring proper planning, management, and control of supply chain and import operations, guaranteeing optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and operational continuity.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate maritime and/or air import operations.
* Manage costing of imported products.
* Plan supply based on turnover and demand.
* Monitor inventory, replenishment, and stock levels.
* Track key KPIs such as fill rate, days of inventory, turnover, stockouts, overstock, lead time, and costing accuracy.
**Candidate Profile:**
* Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field.
* Experience in import and supply chain management.
* Knowledge of costing and inventory management.
* Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
* Prior experience in retail, fashion, or mass consumption is desirable.
**Key Competencies:**
Analytical ability, organization, decision-making, planning, effective communication, and results orientation.
Location: Chorrillos/Surco (1 day remote work)
Contract Type: MYPE
Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per hour
