Resolution of delivery incidents and management of returns Droguería Cadillo SAC, a company with over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical storage and distribution, is seeking top talent to fill the position of operator: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or currently completing final cycles of studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, etc. * Minimum prior experience of 06 months as a shipping coordinator or logistics professional. * Must reside in districts adjacent to Los Olivos. * Availability to work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. * Interested candidates: 955102094 **Responsibilities:** * Receive, prepare, and organize outbound documentation, including waybills, purchase orders, credit notes, corresponding minutes, and other documents. * Issue and deliver necessary charge documents for shipment tracking and control. * Track in-transit shipments, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines with customers or branches. * Handle and manage returns from provincial areas, coordinating product pickup and return according to internal procedures. * Record and process charges for logistics services (shipments and returns), reporting monthly to relevant departments such as Logistics and Accounting. * Manage and resolve delivery incidents, including losses, damages, delays, or documentation errors, promptly reporting to immediate supervisor; maintain updated provincial shipment control dashboard. * Issue transportation service waybills.
