Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Infrastructure Assistant for planning, scheduling, and supervision in the agricultural sector. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in planning and scheduling of operational maintenance. 2. Essential support in resource management and report preparation. 3. Internal coordination and infrastructure risk identification. A prominent company in the Agricultural sector is looking for talent like you for the Maintenance area in the position of ***MAINTENANCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT.*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Ø Technical or university degrees related to engineering, maintenance, or industrial administration. Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in operational and administrative activities within infrastructure maintenance. Ø Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, document control, operational support, or similar functions. Ø Courses or knowledge in activity planning and scheduling (desirable). Ø Basic knowledge of resource management or maintenance. Ø Intermediate Excel skills. Ø Experience with AutoCAD and advanced SketchUp. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** · Preparation of work plans, schedules, and operational and maintenance activity scheduling. · Collection, organization, and validation of technical, operational, and documentary information required for service plans. · Monitoring of activity execution, reporting deviations or alerts to the planner or Maintenance Manager. · Supervision of resource management, verifying availability of personnel, tools, equipment, and materials. · Preparation of basic progress, productivity, and resource utilization reports. · Development and updating of databases, records, and operational reports. · Internal coordination with departments to ensure required information is available. · Support in identifying basic operational risks and communicating incidents to the Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager. ***WE OFFER:*** Ø Remuneration: S/ 2300 Ø 100% covered lunch Ø Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Interested candidates please contact 977884908 Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your academic degree? * Are you immediately available? * Please provide your current phone number Work Location: On-site employment
