Requirements * Student or graduate of **Maintenance Mechanics**. * Basic knowledge of **electricity** and **welding**. * Experience in **mechanical maintenance** of industrial equipment. * Knowledge of motor and gearbox maintenance (not mandatory). * Familiarity with international safety, environment, and quality standards (ISOS). * Knowledge of **industrial safety** in production plants. Responsibilities * Support **corrective and preventive maintenance** operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental protection. * Contribute to equipment operational readiness by recording spare parts technical specifications and appropriate procedures. * Support assigned maintenance tasks under supervision. * Continuously inspect equipment to verify normal operation. * Supervise production personnel to ensure proper equipment operation. * Support **industrial safety** management through technical training. * Maintain order and cleanliness in all activities to prevent unsafe conditions. * Promptly report malfunctions or findings affecting equipment or personnel. * Collaborate on maintenance tasks in other departments or company warehouses. * Carry out tasks assigned by team leader, foreman, or supervisor.
