Active involvement in high-reach creative campaigns. **MARKETING \& CONTENT MANAGER** Industry: Entertainment / Music / Festivals Are you passionate about marketing, content creation, and the event world? We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented individual to lead communication and content for our concerts, festivals, and experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute social media content strategies. * Create monthly content calendars. * Collaborate with graphic designers to produce flyers, videos, and advertising assets. * Review, edit, and optimize visual assets to maximize commercial impact. * Write compelling, sales-oriented copy. * Manage content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other platforms. * Propose creative campaigns for launches, presales, giveaways, and activations. * Analyze performance metrics and deliver reports with improvement recommendations. * Coordinate with the digital advertising team to enhance campaign results. * Maintain visual and communicative consistency across brands and events. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or similar roles. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Solid knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends. * Ability to create commercially focused, conversion-driven content. * Experience collaborating with graphic designers and creative teams. * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Creative, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * English proficiency. * Preferred experience in entertainment, events, festivals, concerts, or mass-market brands. **We Especially Value** * Knowledge of copywriting and storytelling. * Experience in ticket-sales campaigns. * Ability to identify trends ahead of competitors. * Affinity with music, entertainment, and digital culture. **Work Modality** * On-site / Hybrid (subject to evaluation). * Lima, Peru. **We Offer** * Opportunity to participate in high-impact events, festivals, and concerts. * Excellent work environment. * Professional growth opportunities. * Active involvement in high-reach creative campaigns.
