Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for our beauty salon, responsible for social media management, content creation, and sales promotion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and energizes the social media accounts of a beauty salon. 2. Creates attractive visual content (stories, reels) for beauty services. 3. Encourages customer engagement and promotes sales at the salon. A well-known hair salon is seeking a **MARKETING ASSISTANT** for our beauty salon at the Surco branch. Requirements: * Technical or university graduates in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. * Prior experience in the Beauty sector is desirable. * 1 year of experience managing social media. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Canva and Capcut Pro. * Experience handling social media leads. * Portfolio required to showcase previous work. Responsibilities: * Respond to client messages on social media. * Schedule client appointments. * Post stories featuring designs created by specialists. * Create and upload reels showcasing our services on social media. * Submit monthly reports on post reach and engagement. * Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). * Promote sales at the beauty salon. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Salary: S/ 1,800 \+ sales commissions. Work Location: Santiago de Surco Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM; Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
