We seek to incorporate a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital and commercial strategies, contributing to brand positioning and achievement of departmental objectives. **Requirements:** * Graduated in Marketing and Advertising or related fields. * 1\-2 years of experience in commercial management. * Basic/Intermediate English. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. * Video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar). * Website management (WordPress and Elementor). * Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing. * Organization, creativity, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Strong writing and communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, direct, execute, and monitor the company’s Marketing Strategic Plan, ensuring proper alignment of activities with corporate objectives and customer satisfaction focus. * Design graphic assets for social media, campaigns, events, and commercial materials. * Create brochures, corporate presentations, invitations, and promotional materials. * Administer and update the website and landing pages. * Publish web content, success stories, and blog posts. * Design and layout emails for email marketing campaigns. * Edit corporate videos, reels, and audiovisual content. * Support the organization and logistics of corporate events. * Coordinate suppliers and promotional materials. * Assist in marketing campaigns and lead generation. * Maintain up-to-date commercial and corporate materials. **Benefits:** * Opportunity to work directly with recognized and expanding brands. * Active participation in marketing campaigns and projects. * Continuous learning and professional development. * Excellent working environment. * Fixed remuneration. * Lunches **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Modality: On-site.
