**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields such as Business Administration. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Analyst, preferably within pharmaceutical or retail companies. * Availability to work in the district of Chorrillos. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop campaign briefs according to marketing guidelines and the established schedule to ensure proper planning of commercial activities. * Coordinate campaign execution in accordance with internal directives and resource availability to guarantee effective implementation across various channels. * Supervise design assets (POP materials, social media content, banners, flyers), ensuring compliance with visual identity standards and brand guidelines to maintain institutional graphic consistency. * Coordinate in-store implementation together with the Trade Marketing team, following internal activation procedures to ensure correct display and execution of campaigns. * Prepare monthly content grids based on the commercial calendar and brand priorities to organize and schedule published content appropriately. * Coordinate content publication with the design team and web manager according to established approval and delivery workflows to ensure timely content dissemination. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Positive work environment.
