Job Summary: We are seeking a Mathematics Teacher for secondary education, responsible for preparing lessons, worksheets, and assessments while maintaining an organized classroom environment that supports learning. Opportunity to propose improvements in teaching **POSITION: MATHEMATICS TEACHER FOR SECONDARY LEVEL** REQUIREMENTS: · Teaching degree. · In-person classes during the 2026 academic year (August to December) Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. · Minimum 2 years of experience. · Laptop and reliable high-bandwidth internet connection (in case of virtual work as mandated by MINSA or MINEDU). · Proficiency in using ICT tools for online instruction (in case of virtual work as mandated by MINSA or MINEDU). · Residence in areas adjacent to the Educational Institution (Breña, Cercado de Lima, Callao, San Miguel, Jesús María, Pueblo Libre, Magdalena). · Assertive, cooperative, responsible, punctual, and empathetic professional. · Willingness to learn and openness to feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare lesson sessions considering students’ needs and adhering to the I.E.P.’s pedagogical model. · Prepare student worksheets according to institutional formats, and produce records, assessments, reports, among others. · Establish and maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning. · Guide and support students’ work to promote the development of expected competencies. · Knowledge of the current National Curriculum, curriculum planning, competency-based approach, and formative assessment. · Propose and implement improvements in the teaching process to achieve expected learning outcomes. · Participate in academic, training, recreational, and sports activities designated by the I.E. · Maintain frequent, warm, and respectful communication with parents/guardians regarding students’ learning and development. · Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
