Supervision and coordination of collaborative teams A metal-mechanical company is seeking a METAL-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OPERATOR who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience in assembling metal structures * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints (Mandatory) * Willingness to travel according to project requirements * Residence in areas adjacent to Ate (Mandatory) **Working Conditions:** * Salary commensurate with market standards * Payroll under the MYPE regime (50% of benefits as stipulated by law) * Availability to work in the Ate district from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute work according to structural blueprints. * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. * Verify dimensional control and release assembled components for the welding process. * Supervise and coordinate with collaborative teams. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Participate in off-site work when required.
