What do we offer? * Fixed salary: S/ 1,130 * Fixed bonus: S/ 70 * Bonus for punctuality and attendance: S/ 200 * Unlimited commissions * Bonuses for achieving objectives * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Corporate discounts on company products Main Responsibilities * Provide personalized advice and customer service. * Promote and finalize sales of our products. * Manage inquiries and sales via WhatsApp. * Follow up with potential customers. * Participate in live broadcasts and brand commercial activities. * Maintain proper product display and store organization. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred). * Strong communication skills and service orientation. * Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset. * Availability to work in Miraflores. Working Hours Wednesday to Monday: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Fixed day off: Tuesday. Salary: Up to S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
