Job Summary: We are seeking a Tutor or Educational Assistant for our pre-university academy to review assignments, monitor academic progress, and provide student support. Key Highlights: 1. Development of leadership and communication skills We are looking for a Female Tutor or Educational Assistant for our pre-university academy located in San Felipe – Comas. **Requirements:** \- Young students in their final semesters or graduates in Education, Psychology, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a tutor or assistant working with adolescent students. \- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday from **7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.** **What is Required?** \- Assignment review, management of academic reports, and monitoring of student performance. \- Responding to student inquiries, providing support, and applying motivational tools. \- Promoting and reinforcing order, discipline, and responsibility in the classroom. \- Communicating with parents/guardians regarding student progress. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). \- Experience managing social media and design platforms such as Canva. **Important Qualities:** \- Ability to manage and engage large groups. \- Excellent communication skills, authority, punctuality, and positive interaction with parents/guardians. **We Offer!** \- Opportunities for learning. \- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
