We are looking for a **Motorized Fleet Supervisor** to lead our motorized driver team, ensure compliance with operational KPIs, and guarantee an excellent service experience. **What will you do in this role?** * Supervise and lead the motorized driver team. * Plan, assign, and monitor daily routes. * Ensure achievement of productivity and service KPIs. * Manage operational incidents and provide on-site support. * Coordinate with regional managers to ensure operational continuity. * Train and onboard new drivers. * Propose and implement operational improvements. **What are we looking for?** * Completed technical or university education. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading operational teams, delivery, distribution, or last-mile operations. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of logistics operations and field personnel management. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. **What we offer:** * Fixed salary of S/ 2,000 \+ monthly bonus of S/ 300\. * Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
