Job Summary: We are seeking Waiters and Hostesses with a strong service orientation to join our team, responsible for customer service and dining room setup. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and preparation of the dining room for service We are EL TRIDENTE, a cevichería restaurant, currently looking for talented individuals like YOU to take on the following roles: Waiters and Hostesses **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (restaurant experience preferred) * Residency in areas adjacent to downtown Lima * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (rotating days off) * Knowledge of standard service procedures **Responsibilities:** * Thorough knowledge of the establishment's menu. * Report to work wearing the proper uniform, clean and well-groomed, with trimmed hair and nails, and no beard or mustache. * Demonstrate strong service orientation reflected in consistent, positive customer interaction. * Inspect the dining room condition from the previous shift. * Clean and prepare the dining room. * Set tables (individual place settings, plates, chopsticks), considering reservations to ensure correct table setup. * Know current promotions for the shift. * Be familiar with assigned zones within the dining room. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits * Meal coverage * Market-competitive remuneration * Punctuality bonuses * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Individual tips ***The Tridente awaits you...!*** Salary: Up to S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please state your age and current district of residence. * Where was your last job and what was your reason for leaving? * Do you have a service orientation? * If interested in this job opportunity, please leave your mobile phone number.
