Requirements: * **PLUMBING OR ELECTRICITY TECHNICIAN REQUIRED; ELECTRICITY OR PLUMBING COURSES OR TRAININGS ARE ALSO ACCEPTABLE.** * Basic experience in plumbing or electricity functions (non-waivable) * Availability to work in San Borja. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations. * Carry out sanitary repairs (faucets, toilets, pipes, leaks, etc.). * Perform painting, patching, and finishing work. * Carry out basic locksmithing and carpentry maintenance. * Verify the proper operation of equipment and installations.
