Job Summary: We are seeking an assertive, cooperative, and empathetic Music Teacher to prepare and lead classroom sessions, foster a learning environment, and participate in institutional activities. Pleasant working environment. **POSITION: MUSIC TEACHER** REQUIREMENTS: · In-person classes throughout the 2026 academic year Once per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. · Minimum 1 year of experience. · Personal laptop and stable high-bandwidth internet connection (in case of remote work as mandated by MINSA or MINEDU). · Proficiency in using ICT tools for online teaching (in case of remote work as mandated by MINSA or MINEDU). · Residence in areas adjacent to the Educational Institution (Breña, Cercado de Lima, Callao, San Miguel, Jesús María, Pueblo Libre, Magdalena). · Professional with assertiveness, cooperativeness, responsibility, punctuality, and empathy. · Willingness to learn and openness to feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare class sessions considering students’ needs and adhering to the I.E.P.’s pedagogical model—proactive, empathetic, charismatic, and service-oriented. · Prepare class sessions and student worksheets according to institutional formats, and produce records, assessments, reports, etc. · Establish and maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning. · Support and guide students’ work to promote development of expected competencies. · Propose and implement improvements in the teaching process to achieve expected learning outcomes. · Participate in academic, training, recreational, and sports activities designated by the I.E. · Maintain frequent, warm, and respectful communication with parents/guardians regarding children’s learning and development. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
