Job Summary: Design and execute network infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, manage vulnerabilities, and maintain network availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages network infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. 2. Monitors security consoles and manages vulnerabilities. 3. Ensures the availability and integrity of the communications network. Analyze, design, and implement the organization’s communications network infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions to enable seamless communication flow and support data transactions across operational systems. Monitor and operate security consoles such as Endpoint, Firewalls, WAF, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), DNS, and DHCP. Manage vulnerabilities in on-premises and off-premises network, security, and server equipment. Establish and track user risk indicators. Maintain the highest level of availability and integrity of the communications network through continuous supervision and monitoring. Develop standards and procedures for executing activities, tasks, and projects related to the network and cybersecurity platform. Support procurement or contracting processes for communications network solutions, including drafting terms of reference, private tender documents, public calls, participant follow-up, and technical and economic evaluation files. Requirements **Education:** Completed technical studies, undergraduate degree, bachelor’s degree, or professional university degree in Telecommunications, Networks and Communications, Systems Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge Required:** Administration and support of LAN and WAN data networks. Basic configuration of network devices (switches, routers, access points). Fundamentals of cybersecurity applied to networks. IP addressing (IPv4). IT Service Management (ITIL). Desirable Knowledge: * Studies or certification in networking (e.g., CCNA). Security policy management in firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or others). Wireless networks and communication links. VPN solutions and secure connectivity. Network interconnection with cloud-based services. **Experience:** Minimum three (3) years of experience in network administration or support.
