Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Technician to support healthcare professionals, guide patients, and perform specialized therapies at an expanding chiropractic center. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training on new procedures **We are currently looking for a Nursing Technician for our chiropractic center client undergoing expansion and growth in San Isidro \- Lima** POSITION: Nursing Technician Location: San Isidro Branch – Lima Vacancies: 01 permanent position JOB OBJECTIVE: To support healthcare professionals, ensuring appropriate patient care, guiding them through assessments and treatments, and contributing to their well-being through specialized therapies. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical studies in Nursing (mandatory). * Average experience of 3 years. * Solid experience in correct intravenous line placement (mandatory). * Experience in blood draws. * Interest in alternative medicine and trichology (hair treatments). * Skills: communication, empathy, didactic ability, and capacity to convey confidence. * Competencies: teamwork, emotional intelligence, proactivity, agility, and flexibility. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide support to healthcare professionals. * Guide patients during initial assessments and explain procedures. * Perform treatments such as: ozone therapy, biomagnetism, ionic detoxification, parasitic zapper, among others. * Conduct blood draws for Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) application. * Maintain inventory control of supplies. * Other duties related to the position. The clinic will provide training on all procedures to be performed if you lack extensive knowledge. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Salary: S/1,300 \+ variable (approx. S/300 based on performance). Payroll: Microenterprise Regime 15 vacation days per year SIS health insurance (not EsSalud) Does not include bonuses or profit-sharing Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday (except Thursday): 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (lunch break 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.) * Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (48 hours per week) IMPORTANT: We seek a committed individual with a service-oriented vocation and genuine interest in patient well-being.
