Job Summary: A major industrial company is seeking an Occupational Nurse to manage workplace health and safety, provide first aid, and promote employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. REQUIREMENTS: - Licensed professional (mandatory) - Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Disaster Risk Management, or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health - Availability to work twice per week from 8:00 AM to 6:21 PM (in-person), plus telephone consultations - Basic knowledge of Excel and Word RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Develop and monitor implementation of the OHS and nursing activity program (e.g., immunizations, healthy lifestyles, active breaks, etc.) \- Provide first aid to injured workers \- Coordinate and accompany injured workers to medical facilities \- Support and guide workers through required medical facility procedures \- Conduct first-aid kit inspections and restocking \- Follow up on compliance with recommendations and restrictions issued by treating physicians \- Prevent situations that endanger workers and promote a health-conscious culture \- Submit monthly reports on activities or tasks performed Work Schedule: Twice per week (8:00 AM to 6:21 PM) Work Location: Lurín (transportation provided) Contract Type: Service Contract Honorarium: S/95 to S/110 Soles per day Salary: S/.920\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
