Ability to identify operational issues and suggest effective solutions. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Provides support in daily production operations, combining sewing and printing skills to ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards. Requires dynamism and adaptability to assume various roles within the team, contributing to production; will closely collaborate with sewing and marking operators as well as the design team to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and expectations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in the garment sewing process, including material preparation, assembly, and finishing of products. Operate sewing machines and other sewing equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collaborate in the printing process, including design preparation, printing machine setup, and application of printing techniques. Perform basic maintenance on sewing and printing machines to ensure proper functionality. Assist in organizing and managing the work area, maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Participate in training new employees in sewing and printing areas. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and final product quality. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** Ability to contribute innovative ideas in print design and application. Proficiency in various printing techniques, enabling versatile solutions in the production process.
