Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Analyst to manage and monitor import and export operations, coordinate customs procedures, and prepare quotations for domestic and international logistics services. Maintain communication with clients and suppliers **OPERATIONS ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding agency operations or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (Preferred). * Availability to work in the Miraflores district. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and monitor import and export operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Analyze and coordinate customs procedures, tariff classification, and required documentation for foreign trade operations. * Prepare and manage quotations for domestic and international logistics services, evaluating costs and operational alternatives. * Manage submission of information to customs authorities for shipments. * Send arrival notifications and record corresponding routing details for each shipment. * Coordinate with shipping lines/airlines regarding cargo release and breakdown processes. * Process payment requests related to shipments with logistics providers. * Maintain continuous communication with clients, suppliers, and international agents to ensure continuity and efficiency of logistics operations. * Coordinate end-to-end logistics service shipments. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * MYPE payroll registration * Career development path Application Questions: * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp number. * Specify your highest academic degree obtained. * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * What is your expected salary? * How many years of experience do you have in freight forwarding agency operations or similar roles? * What is your proficiency level in Microsoft Office? * What is your proficiency level in English? * Are you available to work in the Miraflores district? * Are you available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.?
