Excellent work environment **OPERATIONS AND FINANCE MANAGER** **MALE / FEMALE** COLEGIO BRITANICO TECH is seeking an Administration and Finance Manager to lead the organization’s financial and administrative strategy, ensuring efficient resource management, business financial sustainability, and compliance with accounting, tax, and legal obligations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the organization’s financial strategy. * Prepare, monitor, and track the annual budget and cash flow. * Analyze financial results and identify improvement opportunities to maximize business profitability. * Supervise the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory obligations. * Manage relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. * Evaluate investment, financing, and resource optimization projects. * Implement internal controls and promote continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes. * Prepare management reports and KPIs for General Management and the Board of Directors. * Lead, develop, and strengthen the performance of teams under their responsibility. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance, or related specializations) are desirable. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration and Finance roles. * Experience in Education or related businesses is desirable but not mandatory. * Solid knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, treasury, cost management, internal control, auditing, and tax regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel **We Offer** * Opportunity to lead high-impact strategic projects. * Professional development and participation in organizational transformation processes. * Market-competitive remuneration and attractive corporate benefits. * If you meet the profile and seek a new professional challenge, we invite you to apply and join our team! **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM * WORK LOCATION: SAN ISIDRO * ON-SITE WORK * Excellent work environment Salary: Up to S/.5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
