We are currently seeking a pre-professional intern in the organizational area. **Responsibilities** \- Support in recruitment and personnel selection processes. \- Support in logistics for courses and workshops. \- Participation in workplace climate and well-being projects. \- Assistance with administrative tasks such as database updates and file management. **Requirements** \- Psychology students authorized for Pre-Professional Practice or Internship. \- Experience or knowledge in HR processes (desirable). \- Proficiency in Office software (Excel). \- Availability Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (in-person). **Benefits** * Certificate of practice issued under the name of UNMSM * Participation in courses and workshops conducted by CERSEU. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Flexible working hours.
