Knowledge of types of paints, varnishes, and lacquers for wood **Position: Painting Technician** **Job Mission** Apply high-quality finishes to wooden surfaces using painting, varnishing, and lacquering techniques that ensure durability, aesthetics, and compliance with company standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare wooden surfaces (sanding, cleaning, applying sealers or primers). * Perform painting processes using spray guns, rollers, or brushes as required. * Apply varnishes, lacquers, and protective coatings to wooden furniture. * Monitor drying times and environmental conditions to ensure quality. * Conduct preventive maintenance of painting equipment and booths. * Comply with safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Support continuous improvement of wood-finishing processes. **Job Requirements** * **Experience:** 2–3 years in painting and varnishing wooden furniture (**verifiable**). * **Knowledge:** * Types of paints, varnishes, and lacquers for wood. * Sanding, sealing, and coating application techniques. * Industrial safety regulations and chemical handling procedures. **Job Conditions** * Work schedule: According to company policy. Remype * Mandatory PPE use: mask, gloves, safety goggles, protective clothing. **Company-Defined Schedule:** · Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM · Tuesday and Thursday: 8 AM to 5 PM · Saturday: 8 AM to 1 PM **Employment Benefits:** · As stipulated by law.
