Job Summary: We are seeking a pastry assistant to support coordination, conservation, and storage of food items, as well as maintaining hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the conservation of raw materials and products 2. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, kitchen, and utensils 3. Coordinate with the cook regarding the quantity of food to prepare We are a leading Educational Organization in the sector and are currently seeking a pastry assistant for our branch in Los Olivos: **Requirements**: * 6 months of experience in similar positions * Completed secondary education * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM \- 4:30 PM **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate with the cook regarding the quantity of food to prepare. * Collaborate in the conservation of raw materials and kitchen-used products. * Unpack and store items in freezers and storage areas. * Keep your work area, kitchen, and utensils clean. * Maintain a valid Health Certificate and Food Handling Certificate. * Perform other duties related to area management or any other assigned tasks.
