Job Summary: Gibson Investments is seeking cleaning staff to maintain common areas of a condominium, report incidents, and manage cleaning supplies. Key Points: 1. Keep building areas clean and organized 2. Perform daily cleaning of all condominium areas 3. Report malfunctions or irregularities in common areas **Gibson Investments**, a company dedicated to condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offers a cleaning staff position (to cover vacation periods) for a building in San Isidro, located at the intersection of Av. Javier Prado Oeste and Av. Arequipa. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for keeping building areas clean and orderly * Perform daily cleaning of all condominium areas (floors, stairs, glass, partitions, storage room, reception, common areas, elevators, parking areas, etc.) * Responsible for requesting the monthly cleaning supplies list * Report any malfunctions, breakages, or irregularities affecting the operation or aesthetics of common areas and their equipment to the concierge and administration staff **Job Requirements:** * Immediate availability to work Monday through Saturday, on 8-hour shifts from 6 AM to 3 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. **(Starting April 2026)** * Immediate availability * Knowledge of cleaning products and proper application techniques to ensure care of materials and equipment * Ability to commute to the district of San Isidro * No police or judicial records * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual **Benefits:** * Pleasant work environment **Important:** * Availability to start work between April 1 and April 15 (15 days) * Payment for 15 days: S/.600 soles Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 15 days Salary: S/.600.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years or months of experience do you have as cleaning staff? * Do you have immediate availability to start working? * Are you available to work on holidays?
