MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Operational recruitment of personnel. * Posting job vacancies and screening CVs. * Preparation and management of employment contracts. * Tracking contract expirations, renewals, and terminations. * Verification and regularization of personnel documentation. * Preparation and review of payroll registers (SERMAQUI, EGLE.COM, and INFASAC). * Drafting of memos, announcements, and internal documents. * Attendance and incident tracking. * Direct administrative support to management. * Organization of physical and digital files. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or university education in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Knowledge of employment contracts, payroll registers, and labor documentation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * High degree of organization, responsibility, and follow-up.
