Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Strategy Coordinator to develop sales projections, build commercial forecasts, and define quotas—ensuring achievement of the business plan. Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Planning and Strategy Coordinator: * Develop outbound channel sales projections, considering historical data, trends, seasonality, operational capacity, and behavior of key performance indicators. * Build and update the commercial forecast, promptly identifying risks and opportunities related to objective attainment. * Participate in defining commercial quotas by period, segment, operation, business partner, or other relevant management dimensions. * Monitor commercial plan execution and propose adjustments in response to changing business conditions. * Analyze scenarios and estimate impacts arising from changes in base assignments, productivity, contactability, conversion rates, capacity, or other commercial drivers. * Monitor key channel KPIs daily/weekly and issue alerts for significant deviations. * Ensure timely and consistent generation of core channel management reports. * Prepare executive presentations for managerial meetings and follow-up committees. * Coordinate with various Planning and Market departments to act on KPIs. * Evaluate impacts of changes in strategies, quotas, base assignments, productivity, conversion rates, or other channel drivers. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2–4 years of prior experience in the telecommunications sector. * Experience in planning, KPI monitoring, and strategic plan development. * Experience evaluating projects and product profitability. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate proficiency in SQL. * Intermediate proficiency in English. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
