Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced poultry chef specializing in soup preparation to ensure hygiene and prepare dishes according to standards at our food establishment. Key Highlights: 1. Preparing dishes according to recipes and standards We are currently looking for an experienced poultry chef with soup preparation expertise for our establishment located in San Juan de Miraflores. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in poultry shops. \- Experience preparing soups. \- Residing in areas near San Juan de Miraflores. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ensure and assist in complying with kitchen hygiene standards. \- Prepare mise en place in accordance with technical and sanitary standards. \- Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. \- Verify and maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.
