Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to support the creation of graphic/audiovisual content, management of materials, and coordination with vendors to advance brand objectives. Collaboration on creative and strategic marketing projects H&B Real Estate Group is looking for a Marketing Intern to join its team. Provide support to the Marketing department in daily operations, vendor coordination, and development of graphic and audiovisual materials to contribute to achieving commercial and brand objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the creation and editing of graphic and audiovisual assets for campaigns and internal communications. * Provide support in managing and controlling the department’s material inventory. * Support tracking and monitoring of the Marketing budget. * Maintain consistent communication and coordination with vendors to fulfill departmental requirements. * Conduct market research and gather relevant information for company projects. * Support procurement and management of materials required for Marketing activities. * Collaborate on various activities and projects assigned by the department. **Requirements** * Final-year student or recent graduate in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other design and video editing software). * Interest in marketing, communications, and project management. * Basic proficiency in digital and office tools. * Prior internship or project experience in marketing is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and initiative. * Creativity. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to learn. * Effective communication and teamwork. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Career path within the organization.
