For this reason, we have developed our school-based training program "Building Pathways", which provides not only therapeutic support across various areas of neurodevelopment but also essential educational support by teaching core academic subjects to our children. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education. * Passion for inclusive teaching. * Competence and knowledge in classroom management and routine implementation. Qualities * **Patience, Empathy, and Resilience** * **Creativity** (Ability to adapt teaching materials and activities to diverse needs). * **Cognitive Flexibility:** Capacity to adjust teaching methods in real time. Preferred Qualifications * Specialization in neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, SLI, etc.). * Experience working with special educational needs and inclusion programs.
