Process Analyst with a focus on optimization At JHS Medical, a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical furniture, we are looking for the best candidate for the PROCESS ANALYST position, oriented toward data analysis, time control, and production process optimization. Responsibilities: * Document and analyze production processes on-site. * Conduct time and motion studies for operations. * Prepare production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Support production planning and monitoring. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. * Prepare reports and databases in Excel for production control. * Establish objectives and metrics to monitor the entire process. * Implement strategies to improve productivity and quality. * Identify bottlenecks, problems (and their root causes), and necessary improvements or solutions. * Responsible for creating and documenting processes aligned with company objectives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree in Industrial Administration, Industrial Process Control, or related fields. * 2 years of experience performing similar functions. * Additional training in process management (desirable). * Knowledge of time and motion studies. * Experience in on-site process documentation. * Knowledge of production scheduling or production control. * Experience in the metal-mechanical, industrial, and/or food industries. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
