Inclusion in payroll We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant for the Production area, responsible for performing pre-preparations and kitchen support, ensuring the restaurant begins operations with all ingredients ready and standardized. Day shift availability until 2 p.m. is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Chopping and portioning of ingredients (vegetables, meats, rice, beans, etc.). * Simple preparations according to recipes following prior training. * Mise en place for daily operations startup. * Proper labeling and storage of products. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and handling standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchen or production. * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Speed, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work during hours when the establishment is closed (early morning shifts). **We Offer:** * Inclusion in payroll. * Bi-weekly timely payments. * 1 meal per day. * Growth opportunity.
