We are looking for a proactive, dynamic female candidate with good physical condition to join our assembly workshop team. If you are eager to work, detail-oriented, and enjoy manual tasks, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Careful and secure packaging of finished windows for shipment. * Direct support on the production line (tasks such as applying flocking to profiles). * General maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the work area at the end of each daily shift. **Requirements:** * **Physical condition:** Good stamina and agility, as the role requires constant movement, handling of profiles, and packaging tasks. * **Experience:** Not mandatory, but prior experience in workshops, production, or manual work is preferred. We will train you! * **Attitude:** Responsible, punctual, and willing to collaborate in a team environment. * **Location:** Must reside in San Juan de Lurigancho, preferably near Pirámide Station or adjacent areas to ensure punctuality. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:30 am – 5:00 pm * **Saturdays:** 7:30 am – 1:00 pm (Half-day) **Benefits:** * Timely payments. * Opportunity for salary increase based on your performance and speed of learning. * Positive work environment.
