Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Production Assistant to support planning, execution, and control of processes, production recordkeeping, and quality standard compliance in agro-industry. Key Highlights: 1. Support planning, execution, and control of production processes. 2. Record production volumes and prepare reports. 3. Monitor compliance with quality standards and coordinate with logistics. We are currently looking for a **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT**, who is responsible, organized, and committed, to join our operations team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduate in Production, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in production areas (preferably in agro-industry, food, or fast-moving consumer goods). * Basic knowledge of process control, production recordkeeping, and operational indicators. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. * Immediate availability to work at our Food Industrial Plant located in **ATE – CERES**. * Proactive, orderly, and compliance-oriented attitude. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support planning, execution, and control of production processes. * Daily recording of production volumes and preparation of reports for the department. * Monitor compliance with quality standards at each stage of the process. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure supply of raw materials. * Control inventory of materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products. * Verify proper use of machinery and equipment, reporting any incidents. * Support implementation of operational improvements, internal controls, and departmental audits. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices. **BENEFITS** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **MYPE Payroll Registration** from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Pleasant work environment and teamwork. * Continuous training and participation in improvement initiatives.
