Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator for a construction company, responsible for manufacturing and finishing concrete prefabricated elements, material preparation, and warehouse support. Support in general warehouse activities A construction company is currently looking for a **Production Operator** to work in the warehouse and participate in the manufacturing of concrete prefabricated elements. **Responsibilities:** * Manufacturing and finishing of concrete prefabricated elements. * Material preparation and batching. * Molding, demolding, and product storage. * Workplace order and cleanliness. * Support in general warehouse activities. **Requirements:** * Experience in construction, production, or warehouse work (preferred). * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to perform physical labor. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Employment Conditions:** * Formal employment registration from the first day. * Compensation: Current minimum wage. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Job stability. * Work location: Santa Rosa District.
