Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Operator for an industrial company, responsible for manufacturing and finishing fiberglass-and-resin components, as well as maintaining area organization. Working with molds for motorized rickshaws TECHMASTER PERU\- Consulting On behalf of our client — a leading industrial manufacturing and fabrication company in the market — we are seeking top talent for the role of **PLANT OPERATOR.** **REQUIREMENTS** \- Completed secondary education, or incomplete or completed technical studies in Assembly or related fields. \- Residing near Villa El Salvador or adjacent areas \- Availability to work onsite in Lima on night shift: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Laminating with fiberglass and resin \- Manufacturing roofs and doors for motorized rickshaws \- Working with molds for three-wheeled motorcycles \- Sanding, finishing, and quality control \- Maintaining area organization and cleanliness **BENEFITS** \- Full statutory benefits and career development path.
