A leading industrial sector company, with solid market experience and national and international presence, is onboarding new personnel for its production area at its **Lurín** site. **Requirements:** * Minimum experience of **3 to 6 months** in operational tasks or similar functions. * Positive attitude toward work, responsibility, and manual skills. * Availability to work fixed shifts from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 am \- 6:30 pm / Friday, 08:00 \- 5:45 p.m. * Preference for candidates residing in areas near Lurín \- Southern Zone. **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in the conditioning process by performing **lotting; counting, boxing, and labeling**, arranging boxes and palletizing; and reconciling lots; in accordance with current procedures. * Carry out and maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of materials, equipment, and the work environment as per current procedures, before and after the conditioning process. * **Inspect packaging materials** (boxes, tapes, master labels, pallets) to be used in the process. * Accurately complete records such as temperature, relative humidity, area and equipment usage and cleaning, etc., using the corresponding format. * Report any equipment or material defects to the immediate supervisor before or during the process. * Inspect materials designated for return to warehouse, classify and label them according to their optimal status.
