Ability to learn and sound judgment for process adjustments We are seeking a Production Operator for the hulling area, responsible for the hulling process that transforms parchment coffee into green gold coffee. This position requires physical strength, sound judgment, and willingness to learn. Requirements ✔ Gender: Male ✔ Age: Minimum 24 years ✔ Residence: Near Ate (mandatory) ✔ Good physical condition to handle coffee sacks and operate machinery ✔ Ability to learn and follow supervisor's instructions ✔ Sound judgment to make adjustments during the hulling process ✔ Punctuality and honesty at work Responsibilities ✅ Receive and inspect parchment coffee prior to processing ✅ Operate hulling machines to produce green gold coffee ✅ Supervise the quality of processed coffee and make adjustments when necessary ✅ Maintain production records and report incidents ✅ Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am to 11:00 am Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
