Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Production Operator to join SOLDIMIX, responsible for efficiently performing tasks, identifying and reporting anomalies and errors in the production line, and maintaining order and safety. We are **SOLDIMIX**, a PERUVIAN company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of high-quality adhesives and glues. We are currently seeking **PRODUCTION OPERATORS**. If you are a motivated and committed worker, we look forward to meeting you. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in production-related tasks. * Residence in Ate or nearby districts: Santa Anita, Salamanca, or San Luis. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Efficiently carry out assigned tasks within the production line. * Report any anomalies related to machinery, processes, or products during your shift. * Identify defects and failures in product quality being produced and report them promptly. * Daily inspection of equipment and materials used to ensure they are in good condition; immediately report any defects or issues. * Properly dispose of waste generated during your shift and organize the work area. * Comply with the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. * Immediately report any safety-related issues at the plant. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (biannual bonus, Compensatory Time Savings (CTS), profit-sharing; if you have minor children, family allowance is provided; 50% EPS coverage starting from the third month). * Biweekly salary payments: 40% mid-month and 60% at month-end. * Transportation allowance. * Family allowance. * Working hours: Monday, 7:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM. * Continuous training opportunities. * Provision of uniform and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Pleasant work environment.
