Teamwork and a positive work environment **PRODUCTION OPERATOR NEEDED!** A company dedicated to the food industry is looking for a **Production Operator** to join our team. **Work Location:** Ventanilla, Callao **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or food industry plants. * Experience in food production processes is desirable. * Completed secondary education. * Experience in packaging, boxing, labeling, product conditioning, and handling. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene and safety standards. * Availability to perform operational tasks and stand for the duration of the shift. * Responsible, punctual, proactive, and committed individual. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Must reside in Ventanilla or nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out activities related to the food production process. * Perform packaging, boxing, labeling, and product conditioning. * Supply the production line with required materials and supplies. * Verify that products meet established appearance and quality requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with production procedures, GMP, hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. * Report any incidents or deviations detected during the process. * Support various production area activities as required by operational needs. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Positive work environment. * Timely payments. * Opportunities for career growth. **Interested candidates:** Send your CV or personal information via WhatsApp **983 420 223**.
