Job Summary: Production Operator responsible for supplying raw materials, operating machinery, controlling product quality, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the production area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating production machinery (mixing, cooking, molding, wrapping) 2. Quality control of products (weight, taste, appearance) 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness in compliance with food safety and GMP standards Production Operator – Candy Perú S.A.C. Main Responsibilities Supply raw materials and operate production machinery (mixing, cooking, molding, and wrapping of candies). Control product quality (weight, taste, appearance). Maintain order and cleanliness in the area in compliance with food safety and GMP standards. Assist with packaging, labeling, and transportation of finished products. Report incidents and equipment failures to the immediate supervisor.
