Position Summary: We are seeking a Program Educator for YMCA Peru, responsible for planning and adapting educational activities in a safe and pleasant environment, while observing and reporting participants' progress. The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **PROGRAM EDUCATOR.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct sessions according to the monthly schedule. * Adapt activities based on the group and prepare necessary materials. * Foster a safe, dynamic, and pleasant environment for participants. * Observe and report progress or important situations. * Comply with biosafety protocols and group care standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student of Early Childhood or Primary Education * Minimum 6 months of teaching experience * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1500.00 * General Regime Payroll * Ongoing training * Pleasant work environment * Free corporate benefits (Gym, Workshops) * Career development path Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
