In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and supervising the execution of strategic projects, ensuring compliance with profitability, timeline, and institutional quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a holistic understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient operational solutions within a dynamic and regulated environment. Main Responsibilities * Project Lifecycle Management: Collaborate in the planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects, ensuring achievement of established milestones. * Feasibility Analysis: Conduct financial and operational evaluations to determine the impact and return on investment ($ROI$) of proposed initiatives. * Monitoring and Reporting: Develop dashboards and progress reports for projects, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve current workflow processes in the banking sector to enhance operational efficiency. * Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as the point of contact among Business, Risk, IT, and Operations departments to ensure alignment of project objectives. * Risk Control: Identify and document potential risks during project execution, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Profile Requirements * Academic Qualification: Completed bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of verifiable experience in project management within the financial, banking, or business consulting sectors. * Technical Knowledge: * Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or agile frameworks such as Scrum). * Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar). * Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, and data analysis). * Soft Skills: * Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. * Excellent assertive communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced English (preferred).
