We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong management, coordination, and effective communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination among disciplines, assistants, and other project team members. * Monitoring and reporting on project status. * Participation in meetings and videoconferences. * Management of municipal authority procedures. * In-person attendance at authorities’ offices for procedures and/or meetings, as required. * Submission and tracking of letters and documentation to authorities. * Review of deliverables. * Preparation of deliverables (plan folding, archiving, stamping, etc.). * Development of architectural proposals. * Revit modeling across four disciplines (architecture, structures, plumbing, and electrical). * Creation and review of drawings in Revit and AutoCAD. * Quantity take-offs. * Support in point cloud management (not mandatory, but willingness to learn is required). * Graphic editing and support in Photoshop. * Updating submitted and received documentation in MS Project timeline. * Delegation and coordination of tasks with other assistants. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree candidate, or licensed Architect. * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Office (mandatory). * Experience in BIM modeling (four disciplines) and quantity take-offs. * Knowledge of Photoshop. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Project. * Basic knowledge of construction processes; field experience preferred. * Revit/BIM or related certifications will be valued. * Willingness to learn point cloud management. * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Availability for travel (mandatory). * Personal laptop required (mandatory). * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY **Work Conditions:** * On-site office work (Campoy, San Juan de Lurigancho). * This position is not 100% office-based; occasional site visits or trips to authorities may be assigned according to project requirements. * Virtual meetings outside regular working hours may be required for coordination with specialists; these will be scheduled as needed only. **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am \- 12:00 pm **We Offer:** * Fixed salary: S/ 2,400 under HR outsourcing modality. * Opportunity for professional learning and growth **Application:** Interested candidates must submit a documented CV (including academic credentials, work experience, certificates, etc.).
