A rapidly expanding telecommunications company is seeking talented candidates to join our professional team: **PROJECT MANAGER.** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT project management. * Solid knowledge and ability to flexibly apply project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum. * Excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and strong decision-making ability. * Good command of English, both spoken and written. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop project plans, assign tasks to team members, and supervise execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards specified in the contract. * Manage project resources and coordinate various activities, including information gathering, analysis, design, documentation preparation, and development of related materials. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, coordinating project execution and providing support within the scope defined during the implementation phase. * Monitor payment milestones and track accounts receivable associated with the project. * Maintain up-to-date records of project progress and implementation status in the company’s digital systems. * Manage incidents and change requests arising during project execution, ensuring proper tracking and resolution. * Organize post-project closure or review meetings to capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement. * Prepare periodic project progress reports and escalate any critical situations or significant deviations to management when necessary. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Continuous training (including overseas programs) * MYPE regime * Career development path Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2\.00 \- S/.3\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
