Focus on child development and problem-solving At *Mundo Kids*, we are looking for an **Educational Psychologist** committed to the holistic development of children—providing emotional support, guidance to parents, and assistance to teaching staff—to foster a healthy and positive educational environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assessment and follow-up of children's emotional and behavioral development. * Guidance and counseling for parents. * Support and training for teaching staff in classroom management and behavior handling. * Preparation of psychological reports and follow-up summaries. * Development of workshops or talks for parents and staff. * Early identification of developmental difficulties. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Psychology. * Valid professional license (Colegiatura). * Minimum 3 years of experience in the educational field (early childhood education preferred). * Strong verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal communication. * Proficiency in soft skills (empathy, active listening, teamwork). * Responsibility and commitment to the institution. * **Preferably residing near the work location.** **Ideal Profile:** * Proactive, empathetic individual with a vocation for working with children. * Ability to build trust with both children and parents. * Positive attitude, initiative, and teamwork capability. * Problem-solving orientation and appropriate handling of emotional situations. **Work Schedule:** * Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays * From 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Compensation:** * Salary: **S/ 1,200** **Address:** * Jr. Leónidas La Serre 495, Cercado de Lima Employment Type: Part-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Expected Hours: 14 per week Work Location: On-site employment
